Responding
to customers' needs, MCF Valves developed a valve and seals
specifically for thermal fluid applications.
Creep resistant, compliant and yet stable enough to be precision
machined into MCF valve seat and stem seals, third party test
results and extensive field performance studies confirmed
our design a success. After 15,000 test cycles, MCF's three
piece ball valve showed no external leakage and had met the
ANSI/FCD 70-2 specification for Class VI internal leakage.
An operating bonus, our low coefficient of friction allows
MCF Valves to utilize smaller less expensive actuators in
most applications.
